Introducing a New Policy: No Company Vacuums on Substandard Cleans
Going forward, if a cleaning job is flagged as below standard and requires correction, our technicians will not be permitted to use company vacuums during the re-clean.
Why?
Because we’ve seen firsthand the kind of mess subpar cleans can leave behind—hair, dust, debris, and worse. Running our vacuums through that not only risks damaging the machine but also affects the quality of future cleans. It’s unsanitary, inefficient, and frankly, disrespectful to the next client.
Our vacuums are a shared tool across the team and across homes. They need to be kept clean and functioning in top shape, not clogged or trashed due to oversight.

If a re-clean is needed, our technicians will still follow all our standard correction protocols—but with alternative tools that do not risk cross-contamination or machine damage. We remain committed to making things right, but we also believe that accountability is part of maintaining quality.
