Move-out Cleaning
For a move-out cleaning service of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, and hallway.
Our move-out clean includes a detailed, top-to-bottom service to ensure the home is left spotless and ready for the next client to move in.
This includes the following:
Bedrooms – Deep clean of all surfaces, including floors, baseboards, windows, and window tracks; interior closet cleaning and fixture sanitization.
Bathroom – Full tile and grout cleaning, mold/mildew removal, shower door restoration, fixture polishing, and deep toilet bowl sanitization.
Kitchen – Comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces including countertops, cabinet exteriors, and appliances. We sanitize oven and fridge interiors, clean beneath appliances, and polish fixtures.
Dining Room – Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including tables and chairs; cleaning floors, light fixtures, and windows.
Living Area – Full dusting, floor cleaning, cobweb removal, interior cabinet cleaning, and polishing of all mirrors and glass surfaces.
Cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers
Cleaning interior of all appliances
Moving all appliances and cleaning floors beneath and walls behind before replacing
Cleaning windows (interior) and tracks
Sweeping and mopping garage or basement floors (if applicable)
Throughout the Home – Cleaning of walls, baseboards, vents, light switches, door knobs, and light fixtures to ensure a fresh and sanitized environment.
Short Term Rental Clean
For a standard short-term rental turnover clean of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, and hallway property.
This includes the following:
Bedrooms – Change linens (if provided), make beds, dust surfaces, check closets and drawers, vacuum/mop floors, remove trash, and reset the room for the next guest.
Bathrooms – Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors, wipe surfaces, restock toiletries (if provided), empty trash, and mop floors.
Kitchen – Wipe counters, clean sink, stovetop, and exterior of appliances, check microwave and refrigerator for spills, empty trash, and vacuum/mop floors.
Dining Area – Wipe and sanitize table and chairs, straighten the space, and vacuum/mop floors.
Living Area – Dust surfaces, wipe high-touch areas, arrange pillows/blankets, check for guest items left behind, and vacuum/mop floors.
