  1. Nonrefundable Security Deposit:

To schedule a cleaning service with Syracuse Cleaning Services, we require a nonrefundable security deposit. This deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and reserve our team's time exclusively for your cleaning service. The security deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

2. Booking Confirmation:

Upon receipt of the nonrefundable security deposit, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit guarantees your specified time slot and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your cleaning service.

  1. Payment Options:

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

a. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards. b. Cash: We accept cash payments at the time of service.

  1. Refunds:

We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues during your service, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation promptly. Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

a. Service Discrepancy: If you believe the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards, please inform us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a re-cleaning or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

b. Cancellation by Syracuse Cleaning Services: In the rare event that we need to cancel your cleaning appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable conflicts, we will issue a full refund of your security deposit promptly.

  1. Problem Resolution:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues or concerns during or after your cleaning service, please contact our customer support team at 315-743-6805 or syracusecleaningservices@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly and to your satisfaction.

Full payment is due within 24 hours of our team completing the job. There is a $25 late fee per day for unpaid invoices. We will attempt to collect payment for two weeks and then move forward with legal action including collections and/or liens. Any charges incurred from collection and legal expenses will be added to your invoice. Our cleaners work hard and deserve to be paid promptly.
