Post-Construction Clean

This package is designed for newly built or recently renovated homes that require a detailed cleaning before move-in or final handoff. Post-construction cleaning focuses on removing construction dust, debris, residue, and surface buildup left behind after building or renovation work.

This includes scraping paint where needed, scrubbing the air (dust circulation areas), and wet-wiping all walls to ensure every fine dust particle is fully removed and the space is truly clean—not just visually, but at a detailed level.

This package covers a standard 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom residence with a living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, and hallway.

This includes the following:

Bedrooms – Remove construction dust from all surfaces; wet-wipe walls to eliminate fine dust particles; wipe down window sills, baseboards, doors, and trim; dust light fixtures and vents; vacuum carpets or mop floors; remove stickers or tape residue where possible; and clean inside closets and shelving.

Bathroom – Remove construction dust from all fixtures and surfaces; wet-wipe walls; clean and sanitize the toilet, tub, and shower; polish faucets and hardware; wipe mirrors and counters; clean the sink and drains; wipe cabinets and shelving; remove debris; and mop floors.

Dining Room – Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including trim, baseboards, light fixtures, and vents; wet-wipe walls and window ledges to remove fine dust; clean any visible cabinetry; vacuum or mop floors; and remove small debris.

Living Area – Remove dust from all surfaces, including shelves, trim, outlets, and baseboards; wet-wipe walls; wipe window sills and frames; dust vents and fixtures; vacuum carpets or mop floors; and remove leftover construction debris.

Kitchen – Remove construction dust from counters, backsplash, and surfaces, wet wipe walls to eliminate dust residue, wipe exterior of appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher), clean sink and faucet, wipe cabinet exteriors and interiors if empty, remove adhesive or paint residue where possible, vacuum and mop floors, and wipe baseboards and trim.

Floors Throughout the Home – Thorough vacuuming of carpets and edges to remove fine construction dust, sweeping and mopping of hard floors, and detailed cleaning along baseboards and corners where dust settles.

General Detailing – Dust and wipe light switches, outlets, door frames, baseboards, vents, and trim throughout the home. This includes scraping paint or debris where needed and removing drywall dust, sawdust, and fine airborne particles that settle on surfaces after construction.
