Routine Clean
For a routine cleaning service of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.
This includes the following:
- Bedrooms – Make beds, change linens (if provided), dust surfaces, vacuum/mop, remove trash.
- Bathroom – Clean toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirror, wipe surfaces, empty trash, mop floors.
- Kitchen – Wipe counters, clean exterior of appliances, sink, stovetop, take out trash, mop/vacuum.
- Dining Room – Dust & wipe table/chairs, straighten up, vacuum/mop.
- Living Area – Dust surfaces, straighten pillows/blankets, wipe high-touch areas, vacuum/mop.

Move-in Cleaning
Our Move-In Cleaning service ensures your new home is spotless and ready for you to move in. For a move-out cleaning of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.
This includes the following:
Bedrooms – Dust ceiling corners, baseboards, light fixtures, and fan blades. Clean inside closets, shelves, doors, and switch plates. Vacuum and/or mop floors.
Bathroom – Scrub and disinfect toilet, tub/shower (including walls and doors), sink, countertop, and faucet. Clean mirrors, fixtures, medicine cabinets, drawers, and trash can. Mop floor with disinfectant.
Kitchen – Clean inside and out of all cabinets, drawers, and major appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop). Sanitize counters, backsplash, sink, and faucet. Mop floors with degreaser.
Dining Room – Dust ceiling corners, fixtures, and baseboards. Wipe down doors, switches, and built-ins. Clean windows and sills (if accessible), and vacuum or mop floors.
Living Area – Dust ceiling fans, vents, baseboards, and light fixtures. Spot-clean walls, clean windows and sills, wipe built-ins and doors. Vacuum or mop all floors.
Short Term Rental Clean
For a standard short-term rental turnover clean of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property.
This includes the following:
Bedrooms – Change linens (if provided), make beds, dust surfaces, check closets and drawers, vacuum/mop floors, remove trash, and reset the room for the next guest.
Bathrooms – Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors, wipe surfaces, restock toiletries (if provided), empty trash, and mop floors.
Kitchen – Wipe counters, clean sink, stovetop, and exterior of appliances, check microwave and refrigerator for spills, empty trash, and vacuum/mop floors.
Dining Area – Wipe and sanitize table and chairs, straighten the space, and vacuum/mop floors.
Living Area – Dust surfaces, wipe high-touch areas, arrange pillows/blankets, check for guest items left behind, and vacuum/mop floors.

Deep Clean Reset
This package encompasses all deep cleaning services for a standard 2-bedroom, 1 full bathroom residence.
This includes the following:
- Bedroom- Make bed and change linens, Dust all surfaces (nightstands, dressers, etc.), Vacuum or mop floors, Empty trash bins, Tidy up and remove visible clutter
- Bathroom- Clean and sanitize toilet, tub, and shower, wipe down mirrors and counters, Clean sink and faucet, Empty trash, Mop floors, and disinfect high-touch areas
- Dining Room- Dust and wipe down table and chairs, Clean any visible surfaces or cabinetry, Vacuum or mop floors, Tidy up and reset dining area
- Living Area- Dust all surfaces (coffee tables, shelves, electronics), Vacuum carpets or mop floors, Fluff pillows and fold blankets, Empty trash and pick up garbage, Tidy up and organize visible clutter
- Kitchen- Clean and sanitize counters and backsplash, wipe exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, stove), Clean sink and faucet, take out trash and replace liner, Sweep and mop floors, Spot clean cabinet fronts if needed.
Additionally, services such as interior appliance cleaning, window washing, cabinet cleaning, and organization can be included as optional add-ons
Move-out Cleaning
For a move-out cleaning service of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home.
Our move-out clean includes a detailed, top-to-bottom service to ensure the home is left spotless and ready for the next occupants.
This includes the following:
Bedrooms – Deep clean of all surfaces, including floors, baseboards, windows, and window tracks; interior closet cleaning and fixture sanitization.
Bathroom – Full tile and grout cleaning, mold/mildew removal, shower door restoration, fixture polishing, and deep toilet bowl sanitization.
Kitchen – Comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces including countertops, cabinet exteriors, and appliances. We sanitize oven and fridge interiors, clean beneath appliances, and polish fixtures.
Dining Room – Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including tables and chairs; cleaning floors, light fixtures, and windows.
Living Area – Full dusting, floor cleaning, cobweb removal, interior cabinet cleaning, and polishing of all mirrors and glass surfaces.
Cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers
Cleaning interior of all appliances
Moving all appliances and cleaning floors beneath and walls behind before replacing
Cleaning windows (interior) and tracks
Sweeping and mopping garage or basement floors (if applicable)
Throughout the Home – Cleaning of walls, baseboards, vents, light switches, door knobs, and light fixtures to ensure a fresh and sanitized environment.

Maid service- picking up of personal items, light organizing, washing dishes in kitchen, putting away laundry in rooms etc.- $20 per room
